The situation in Gaza is dire. Every day, innocent lives are lost, families are torn apart, and basic necessities like food, water, and medical aid are becoming harder to find. I'm fundraising with SWAN (Southern Women’s Aid Network) to deliver urgent, life-saving aid to those who need it most in Gaza.

Your donation can help provide:

• Essential food and clean water
• Hygiene packs to help families maintain dignity and prevent illness
• Medical aid for overstretched hospitals and clinics
• Support for the North Gaza Clinic, a vital lifeline for thousands
• Sanitary pads for girls and women, often forgotten in emergencies
• Breastfeeding packs to support mothers and their newborns

But what exactly does SWAN do?

In South London, SWAN hosts a weekly food bank and three soup kitchens, serving over 9000 individuals to ensure they have access to warm meals and food for their households.

In Gaza, SWAN provides clean water, fresh food, medical supplies, blankets, and more to those affected by conflict. Additionally, they offer monthly food packs and renovate destroyed homes to restore dignity and stability.

In Afghanistan, SWAN operates a bakery that produces daily bread and offers monthly food packs and vocational training courses, empowering individuals to build sustainable livelihoods.

In collaboration with GHRF, SWAN runs various projects in Pakistan, including weekly soup kitchens, empowerment initiatives like the sewing machine project, rural water pump installations, and educational programs for children.

Furthermore, SWAN partners with Charity Right to educate Rohingya children in coding, providing them with valuable skills for the future.
