As a small but dedicated charity, SWAN works tirelessly to provide essential resources to those in need, believing that every individual deserves access to food, water, and shelter. Unfortunately, many individuals in the UK and around the world lack these basic necessities.

But what exactly does SWAN do?

In South London, SWAN hosts a weekly food bank and three soup kitchens, serving over 9000 individuals to ensure they have access to warm meals and food for their households.

In Gaza, SWAN provides clean water, fresh food, medical supplies, blankets, and more to those affected by conflict. Additionally, they offer monthly food packs and renovate destroyed homes to restore dignity and stability.

In Afghanistan, SWAN operates a bakery that produces daily bread and offers monthly food packs and vocational training courses, empowering individuals to build sustainable livelihoods.

In collaboration with GHRF, SWAN runs various projects in Pakistan, including weekly soup kitchens, empowerment initiatives like the sewing machine project, rural water pump installations, and educational programs for children.

Furthermore, SWAN partners with Charity Right to educate Rohingya children in coding, providing them with valuable skills for the future.
