Acts of Kindness

I Yesterday, as our team were serving at the soup kitchen, someone simply walked past, paused, and chose kindness.

They donated hygiene supplies on the spot — no announcement, no spotlight, just a quiet act of generosity.

It was a powerful reminder that community care is built in moments like this. Small, spontaneous acts that protect dignity. Items that many take for granted — soap, toothpaste, essential toiletries — mean comfort, cleanliness and self-respect to someone facing hardship.

Random acts of kindness are never random to the person receiving them.

To the individual who stopped and gave: thank you. You reminded us that compassion is alive and well in our streets.

If you’ve ever wondered whether a small gesture makes a difference — it does. And yesterday was proof.
